TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO TELL EVERYONE THEY KNOW TO TELL THEIR LEGISLATORS TO SUPPOR THIS:
H.R. 1245, the Homebuyer Tax Credit Act of 2009.
This legislation would replace the current tax credit for first-time homebuyers with a one-time credit for 10 percent of the purchase price of a principal residence, up to $15,000. This new tax credit would be available for one year after it is signed into law, giving homebuyers more time to take advantage than the current tax credit, which expires on November 30th.
